Pawel (Pav) Zielinski predominantly practises in employment and industrial relations law. 

Before being called to the Bar, Pav was a Special Counsel within the workplace practice of a top tier firm.  In 2010, he was the Associate to Holmes JA (as her Honour was then).

He has appeared in trials and interlocutory hearings before the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Commission.  He has also appeared in appellate proceedings before the Fair Work Commission, Full Court of the Federal Court, Industrial Court of Queensland and the Queensland Court of Appeal.
